Rosey Miller, co-founder of Regional Investment & Management, has been a nationally recognized leading real estate professional for over 30 years and has consummated more than $2 billion in real estate transactions. Rosey is responsible for the company’s vision, strategy, and investment activities. Prior to co-founding RIM, Rosey served as an Executive Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield where he was responsible for advising Fortune 500 companies on their commercial real estate strategies. Rosey was previously a Senior Director and stockholder of Studley, Inc., an international real estate advisory firm. Appointed by New York State Comptroller, Rosey serves on the New York State Common Retirement Fund's (NYSCRF) Real Estate Advisory Committee. NYSCRF is the nation’s third largest pension fund, with over $200 billion in assets and a $16 billion real estate investment allocation. He also serves on the boards of: Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Los Angeles Urban League (Real Estate Committee Chair), and is a member of: National Multifamily Housing Council (Advisory Board), Real Estate Executive Council, and Texas Apartment Association. Previous board affiliations include: Culver City Arts District Business Improvement (Treasurer), United Health Plan, National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Boys and Girls Club.
Alicia Landrum Miller, co-founder of RIM, leads company operations. Her charge is to translate the firm’s strategic plan into an effective operating platform. Alicia has over 20 years of property management experience as well as 10 years of corporate Human Resources management experience with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. She holds a Master’s degree from Loyola Marymount University’s (LMU) School of Education, is an accepted member of Kappa Delta Pi, an International Honor Society in Education, and is a certified Motheread® literacy facilitator. With an approach that integrates many principles of education, Alicia emphasizes professional goal-setting and development in her leadership of RIM's team members.
Brittany Miller is responsible for developing strategies that support the company’s growth. With a focus on deal sourcing, asset management, and marketing, her goal is to drive value both upstream to investors and downstream to residents. Brittany earned her Master's degree in Healthcare Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University where she studied technological innovation, business development, and complex revenue models within the public and private health sectors. Also integral to her education at CMU, were the principles of design thinking, which geared her with frameworks for problem solving. During and after graduate school, Brittany worked in product management for the venture capital arm of UPMC, one of the largest health systems in the country. There, she led teams of engineers and product designers to conceptualize, build, and commercialize innovative health tech solutions. In her free time, Brittany enjoys tennis, writing, and amateur graphic design.
Leilani Horino is responsible for coordinating team operations, human resources, safeguarding policies and procedures and creating scalable processes and efficiencies. Leilani earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Humanities at Soka University of America. She also attended Universidad de San Francisco, studying Spanish in Quito, Ecuador. Following the completion of her program, Leilani attended the Los Angeles Film School with an emphasis in documentary filmmaking.
Heather Lyons is responsible for the operational oversight of RIM's Texas teams. Her focus areas include resident occupancy, rent collections, team member recruitment, and customer service. Heather's dynamism, intellectual curiosity, and collaborative approach to leadership make her an invaluable asset to the firm and its portfolio. Prior to joining RIM in 2009 as a Leasing Consultant, Heather spent several years in customer service and real estate marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, music, reading, and spending time with her husband and children.
Jeannie Robertson serves as the firm’s Senior Property Accountant providing coordination in the accounting and budgeting functions. Jeannie has over 25 years of real estate accounting and property management experience and is responsible for the firm’s financial reports, investor distribution accounting, evaluation of internal controls and procedures designed to mitigate risk and optimize asset valuations and returns.
Kimberly Del Cid Carrasquilla is responsible for daily office operations and provides support to all team members and departments. She is responsible for managing vendor relationships, maintaining accounts payable & receivable, and helping to execute the organization's operational goals. Kimberly is fluent in Spanish and is working towards a degree in Business and Accounting.
