Rosey Miller
CEO

Rosey Miller, co-founder of Regional Investment & Management, has been a nationally recognized leading real estate professional for over 25 years and has consummated over $1.5 billion in real estate transactions. Rosey is responsible for the company’s vision, strategy and investment activities. Prior to co-founding RIM, Rosey served as an Executive Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield where he was responsible for advising Fortune 500 companies in developing and implementing commercial real estate strategies. Rosey was previously a Senior Director and stockholder of Studley, Inc., an international real estate advisory firm. Rosey earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and attended Westcoast University’s MBA program as well as USC and UCLA extension programs. Rosey is a member of: National Multifamily Housing Council (Advisory Board), Real Estate Executive Council, Texas Apartment Association, Corporate Real Estate Executives and currently serves on the boards of: Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Culver City Arts Business Improvement District. Past board affiliations include: University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), United Health Plan, The Archer School for Girls, National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Boys and Girls Club.

Alicia Miller
President

“Integrity, operational transparency and our fiduciary responsibility are cornerstones of our business.” Alicia Landrum Miller, co-founder of Regional Investment & Management, has led company operations for over 20 years. Alicia directs company operations, policies, procedures and the efficient execution of the firm’s strategic plan into an effective operating platform. Alicia has over twenty (20) years of direct property management experience, ten (10) years of corporate Human Resources (HR) management experience with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group (formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sears, Roebuck & Co.) and in the non-profit sector. She holds a Master’s degree from Loyola Marymount University’s (LMU) School of Education, is an accepted member of Kappa Delta Pi, an International Honor Society in Education, and is a certified Motheread® literacy facilitator. With a corporate and education background, Alicia strives to strategically incorporate learning and development into each TeamMember's personal and professional goals; thus, facilitating the delivery of dynamic and effective solutions to the organization.

Bridgett Miller
Director of Business Development

Bridgett Miller is responsible for analyzing workflow consumption involving investments, asset management, and marketing and developing dynamic solutions that support our investors, team members, and customers. In addition, Bridgett is charged with identifying and implementing technology initiatives that enhance productivity and transparency throughout the company. Bridgett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Post-graduation, she completed the International Management Program at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil. With a concentration in Business Administration, she simultaneously received relevant international working experience interning at an early stage technology portfolio management fund, Mountain do Brasil. After concluding her internship in the international startup arena, she returned to California where she attained early entry into San Francisco-based company, Square. Bridgett’s background in technology fuels her drive to deliver efficient revenue-producing solutions that increase brand exposure. Her goal is to enhance investor returns and support the company’s vision and strategy, by creating an environment in which automation, where appropriate, is ubiquitous and technical bottlenecks are scarce. Bridgett is a former Division I soccer player for Santa Clara University and a graduate of USC's Ross Minority Program in Real Estate. She is an active member of the Olympic Club, Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW-Los Angeles), and The National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) for Emerging Leaders.

Jeannie Robertson
Senior Property Accountant

Jeannie Robertson serves as the firm’s Senior Property Accountant providing coordination in the accounting and budgeting functions. Jeannie has over 25 years of real estate accounting and property management experience and is responsible for the firm’s financial reports, investor distribution accounting, evaluation of internal controls and procedures designed to mitigate risk and optimize asset valuations and returns.

Leilani Horino
Operations Manager

Leilani Horino is responsible for coordinating team operations, human resources, safeguarding policies and procedures and creating scalable processes and efficiencies. Leilani earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Humanities at Soka University of America. She also attended Universidad de San Francisco, studying Spanish in Quito, Ecuador. Following the completion of her program, Leilani attended the Los Angeles Film School with an emphasis in documentary filmmaking.

Ann Chung
Marketing Lead

Ann is responsible for the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaign messaging, branding and data mining to interpret evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies. Ann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Anthropology from University of California Los Angeles and is a prominent member of Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society and Alpha Lambda Delta.
