Rosey Miller
President & CEO

Rosey Miller, co-founded Regional Investment & Management has been a nationally recognized leading real estate professional for over 22 years and has consummated over $1 billion in real estate transactions. Rosey is responsible for the company’s vision, strategy and investment activities.

Rosey has served as an Executive Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield where his responsibilities were focused on advising multi-billion dollar companies such as Citibank, Smith Barney, Rand Corporation, Estee Lauder Company and Allianz Insurance to name a few. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rosey held the position as Senior Director with Studley, Inc., an international real estate advisory firm.

Rosey earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and attended Westcoast University’s MBA program. He is a member of Texas Apartment Association, Corporate Real Estate Executives and has served on the board of several non-profit organizations some of which include: Los Angeles Regional Foodbank, National Multiple Sclerosis Society and The Archer School for Girls.

Alicia Landrum
Chief Operating Officer

Alicia Landrum co-founded Regional Investment & Management and has led company operations for over 20 years. Alicia’s focus is on operations management and integration of the firm’s strategic plan into an efficient operating platform.

Alicia has over ten (10) years of corporate Human Resources (HR) management experience with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group (formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sears, Roebuck & Co.), and in the non-profit sector. She holds a Master’s degree from Loyola Marymount University’s (LMU) School of Education, is an accepted member of Kappa Delta Pi, an International Honor Society in Education, and is a certified Motheread® literacy facilitator.

With a corporate and education background, Alicia strives to strategically incorporate each team member’s personal and professional development into the goals of the company.

Mia Cramer
Operations Manager

Mia Cramer is the firm's Operations Manager and is involved in managing daily operations, strategic planning and implementation. Ms. Cramer's focus is in the area of operating and technology-related initiatives in addition to overseeing human resources and ancillary services.

Ms. Cramer attended UC Berkeley and UCLA, is a Community Emergency Response Team member and enjoys traveling, parkour and reading.

Jonas Aquino
Accounting Manager

Jonas Aquino is the firm's Accounting Manager and is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions including budgeting, coordinating and preparation of financial reports on investments.

Jonas' 17 years of accounting experience includes positions in banking, finance and real estate. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Colegio de San Juan De Letran – Intramuros, Manila.
