Lead Maintenance

We are looking for a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our properties in Irving (Dallas/Fort Worth) and San Antonio.

Requires knowledge and experience in A/C, plumbing, pools, grounds, make-ready, general maintenance and repair in a large multi-family property setting, with the ability to effectively lead a maintenance team. Certification in HVAC required; EPA certification a plus. Excellent benefits and compensation package with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Courtesy Officer

We have several openings for a courtesy officer to patrol property during off-duty hours in San Antonio and Irving (Dallas/Fort Worth). At our larger properties, we are looking for two courtesy patrol officers.

Active duty S.A.P.D., Bexar County Sheriff, Irving/Dallas police officers will receive up to a full month of rent concession for courtesy officer duties, which vary depending upon the property.

Make Ready Technician

We are looking for a full-time Make Ready Technician to join our team at one of our properties in San Antonio and Irving (Dallas/Fort Worth).

Requires "make-ready" knowledge and experience in a large multi-family property setting under the supervision of the Lead Maintenance Technician. Certification in HVAC a plus. Excellent benefits and compensation package with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Assistant Make Ready Technician

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Make Ready Technician to join our team at one of our properties in San Antonio and Irving (Dallas/Fort Worth).
