  • Type: Garden Style
  • Asset Class: A- to B
  • Location Quality: A+ to B+
  • Property Size: 200 units or more; single asset and portfolios
  • Asset Value: $5M to $75M
  • Year Built: 1980's - 2000

Investment Structure: All cash to seller; Loan assumptions on a case-by-case basis.

Preferred Markets: Texas, California, Washington and Utah
